A:Our factory specialized in R&D and manufacturer massage guns, high-frequency deep tissue massage devices and portable electric massage equipment.

A: Our products are exported worldwide, including markets such as the United States, Canada, Japan, Germany, Sweden,Switzerland,and other international regions.

Q:Where is your factory located? Can I visit it?

A:Our factory is located in Dongguan,Guangdong Province. You are warmly welcome to visit our facility, please inform us in advance so we can arrange the schedule accordingly.

Q:What certifications do your products have?

A: Our products have passed multiple international certifications, including CE, RoHS, UL, MSDS, FCC,WEEE and REACH. Some products also hold patent certifications.

Manufacturing

Q:What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A:MOQ varies depending on the product and customization requirements. Normally,MOQ is 500 pieces.

Q:How long is the lead time?

A: Lead time depends on order quantity and customization requirements. For simple custom‑made orders, we normally start delivery 35 days upon receipt of the advance payment.

Q:What trade terms can you accept?

A:We accept main INCOTERMS 2020 such as EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF. Other terms can be negotiated.

Q:What are your payment terms?

A:We normally require 30% deposit and balance before shipment. L/C and other terms can be discussed.

Q:Can I get samples for testing?

A:Yes, you can have samples for testing. Sample cost and freight are at your expense, and sample charge can be deducted from bulk order.

Q:Can you engrave our logo on existing stock styles?

A:Yes, logo engraving on existing stock is possible, subject to material, size, position and MOQ. We will confirm the process and cost for you.

Quality Control

Q:How do you carry out quality inspection and maintain consistency for bulk-volume products?

A:We implement incoming raw-material testing, in-process QC sampling and pre-shipment inspection following standardized SOPs, with equipment calibration and batch traceability to ensure consistent quality for bulk products.

Q:Can you accept third-party inspection before shipment?

A:Yes, we accept third-party inspection prior to shipment. Inspectors may carry out sampling and checks against agreed specifications, and we will coordinate our production schedule accordingly to support the inspection.

Service

Q:What warranty can you offer for my ordered products?

A:We warrant products against manufacturing defects within agreed time. We offer remedy for productionrelated issues, while damage from misuse is not covered.

Q:Do you provide OEM and ODM services?

A: Yes, we have over 9 years of experience in OEM and ODM services. We support full customization including product design, functionality, branding, packaging, and private labeling.

Q:As our brand grows, can you exclusively design new styles for us?

A:Yes, we can provide exclusive new style development based on your brand positioning, target market and product category. Our design and sampling team can create custom sketches, prototypes and final samples under confidential agreement to support your brand growth.

Q:Can you provide product photography service?

A:We can provide basic reference photos of the products free of charge. However, professional commercial product photography for your brand is not within our service scope.

Q:Do you offer drop shipping service?

A:We mainly produce and deliver goods in bulk to your designated warehouse. Drop shipping to your individual end customers is not available for us.
